Looking for some info from the diet gurus here, If I were to go into a keto style diet, was planning on 375ish g protein, and 175ish g fat, and <50 g of carbs a car, taking a re-feed one day per week, where my last 3 meals of that day will be high carb. Will keep BCAA/glutamine intake very higher pre/intra/post workout. Post workout shake will have 30g dextrose for the insulin spike as well as more BCAA/Glutamine. So far it looks like the diet will be around 3300 cals/day. I weigh 205 @ 5'9.5" 10-11% BF. Maintenace is around 2600 cals a day. My question is this, if I do this diet in a combo with some syntheselen & synthetine, to shuttle fats for energy, will I be able to keep my current bf% or maybe even decrease it while still building mass? I plan on running testp/npp/eq @ 450/450/600 respectively. I am very carb sensitive, so thats why I am thinking about trying this avenue.
