Did you ever try grilling it? I brushed it with some honey and then sprinkled some cayenne pepper on it and grilled it on the top rack. The sweet and heat was awesome and it stayed juicy.

Yep I chargrilled mine and loved it. Hmmm never try that! Interesting!

I would still prefer Sweet potato because its sweet and tasty. I dont mind the lentils and beans but might be better to rotate different kind of carbs instead eating the same old shit all the time. Moderation is the key.

Great and I had graduated to these foods long before it was posted everywhere. Its not hard to cook and eat well. Quick and easy as any other food. What do I get in return. Im a guy that gains weight watching other folks eat so I have to be careful. Ive been up to 287 Lbs at 5'7. No that wasnt packed mass of muscle. More like jello. Anyway. LEan cuts of meat on hand like above with salad stuff and some greens can be kept fresh in the fridge and cooked easily. Especially if you are close to the Butcher, and produce. So dont BS yourself into thinkin there is no time. Im around 220 now and have been for a minute with perfect BP, and blood work at 42 when most of my office counter parts are on meds for cholesterol and High BP....
Mainstay breakfast-4 scrambled eggs, cup oats. 1 yellow/3 whites.

10- Banana

... There are lots of foods man, you can't list !

I put 4 table spoon of peanut butter in a shake with 16oz of milk and 2 bananas, it's not the best tasting shake but it does the job very good !
