Well after a 14 yr. layoff from competing and 3 years off from training, I started training again, My wife and kids were amazed by my progress in just a few months and talked me into competing again, I'm 8 1/2 weeks out and coming along well, 242 at 9% bf, the only problem I'm having is fat on my lower back, my diet and training are a modified version of big A's precontest plan, even real close on the recommended gear, I just don’t want to be in less than my best shape, and look like the 40year old guy who shouldn’t be doing this show, I now I could cut calories and do more cardio, but I don’t want to look stringy, I'm 6'1'' and used to compete at 255, But my goal it to be in the high 220's, My weight has stayed at 242 since I started training but my body fat has went from around 22% down to 9%, any help would be GREAT!
