AAS that cause ZERO anxiety

The thing about wine is that gets really good before it goes bad.
Yeah, I was reading about aging wines. Read that the ones easiest to age are white wines that are sweet and have lower alcohol content. Ive got about 6 bottles of ok red wine in my basement that im messing around with by saving. Some bottles are 11 years old now. Its probably going to age a lot more because ive been having heart arrhythmias drinking it now, last glass caused me to go into v tach and my defibrillator had to fire off. Im done for awhile!

Enjoy the good times while you can. Gather ye rosebuds while ye may, and all that.

I can't complain. I had a good long run, which is all you can ask for in life.

I've been lifting weights for 35 years, and using steroids for the last 28 years. Competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting, and I have the dinky little plastic trophies (and torn tendons and other injuries) to show for it. Trained with professional bodybuilders, world-record-setting powerlifters, and professional wrestlers at the top of their respective games. Sold steroids to customers in all fifty states and some foreign countries, spent 3 years in federal prison. Lived a lot, laughed a lot, cried a lot too.

The fruit had plenty of time to ripen on the vine. If it's gone bad now and starting to rot, well, how can I complain? It was sweet while it lasted.

Might be the only one who feels this way but you should share some stories

Easily the best part of this board is vets talking about their experiences and lessons over their lifetime. Allows us younger guys to to look at a different world that we'll never see with our own eyes.

Same issues here now. I could handle large doses of Tren, etc. when younger, but now everything seems to cause issues (or now I notice it/care about it more as far as wanting to feel good at all times). All DHT based compounds make me feel like crap after about a month (less with orals) as estro is lowered too much even with lowered doses.

Going to try NPP again as I do not remember having issues with that, but who knows what will happen this time around.

I've always been a very laid back and chill guy. I never let the little shit get me down or upset me. It strikes me as odd that these hormones impact people so differently, I've always felt better when running a cycle. Other than some times when I've felt more tired than typical and slept more than usual (which could possibly be due to training/exhaustion), I've always felt my overall mental state improves.

Please, if you're up for it, start a new thread and give us some stories. I'm w/Thinker. i love hearing stories about the good old days, IFBB pros and powerlifters i grew up reading about. Sounds like you have a lot of them.

I really appreciate the kind thoughts and I'll see what I can do when I have the energy. Feeling tired and ready for bed now.

If I've learned one lesson the hard way, as it relates to this thread, I wish I had kept things simple.

My first cycle back in 1992 was 500mg Sustanon a week for ten weeks. Simple, one variable changed. I ate everything that wasn't nailed down, trained like a madman, and gained 40lbs of muscle. My next cycles were also simple, generally 400mg Deca per week or 500mg test per week. I was generally happy with the results, and when I wasn't, I generally knew which variable to blame or change.

Things got more complicated the deeper I got into the game, especially when I was competing, but have remained so today. I've tried almost every anabolic steroid out there, but mostly rely on test and DHT compounds. I use various stimulants to get up in the morning and for workouts, the extended use of which in combination with overtraining I believe has given me some kind of adrenal fatigue. Took ECA and T-3 for years to stay lean, and now am suffering from symptoms of hypothyroidism. I need Valium to go to bed at night. Cialis, Viagra, Melanotan, and even PGE-1/Trimix to get an erection. I use a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, and other supplements. A handful of pills and tablets every day, too many pills, too many injections, and too many variables.

The problem with too many variables is that when I feel down and depressed, or up and anxious, good or bad, which ones do I blame or give credit to? When you're practicing polypharmacy, it's hard to single out the effects of any one specific substance, or fully understand it's interactions with everything else you're taking. I can feel really up in the morning, crash at midafternoon, and be back up again after dinner, or the reverse. My life is a roller coaster ride of emotions these days, especially being the father of a six-month-old baby and going low on sleep, and trying to make up for the lack of sleep with stimulants.

So I wish I had kept things simpler, taken one substance at a time, and then at least I would know better which ones work better for me, and which ones to blame when things go wrong, as they seem to be going wrong these days.

Stims are evil, sounds like they are 100% of your problems, remove them completely and focus everything around proper sleep imo.

Its my opinion that when the anxiety start from the hormone imbalances it lingers in the back ground showing it dirty head when no wanted.
Androgens have a big role in stimulation neuron and neurotransmitter activity, But it is my opinion that its the ESTROGENS that are responsible for the regeneration.
Again my opinion but I would use a single compound (testosterone) an a moderate dose until the hormone related anxiety subsides.
Testosterone at the right dosage will maintain T/E balance via aromatization, this in itself is anti anxiolitic.

The imbalance causing the neuro-exitation will not allow you to get the proper sleep required for this even with the use of hypnotic sleep aids. Opiate and some SSRI (Trazodone not a true SSRI but well suited for this) will but not a solution. As stated to control anxiety rem 3-4 sleep is a must! couple days without will really do a number on you. Unless your taking your stimulants late in the day, they are NOT the culprit(they may help actually) so figure out whats keeping you from that much required sleep and take it out.

On a scale of 1-10, how high is your anxiety during cruises?

Ever been to a counselor? If so, did you got a diagnose?

this is a interesting topic as I have white coat syndrome when in the doctors office I can feel my body producing adrenaline up to few days before . taking magnesium helped but am always looking for something more .

Focusing everything around proper sleep sounds ideal, but hard to do as a 52-year-old father with a 6-month-old baby, and severe sleep apnea that I've let go untreated way too long. I've had a 19-20" neck and big traps all my adult life (used to deadlift 600lbs), and of course taking Valium to get to sleep doesn't help with the sleep apnea or getting quality sleep either. Also makes me groggy when I wake up in the morning, which always makes me reach for caffeine and other stimulants to wake myself up.

But of course, if I cut out the Valium then I would have to deal with the benzodiazepine withdrawals, which I am dreading, so I keep taking the Valium but limit it to 10mg before bed only. When I have anxiety during the day, I just have to deal with it. I am reluctant to add another med and yet another variable into the mix.

I've been approved for a CPAP machine and hopefully that will be on the way soon, so hopefully that will help with sleep.

I try to keep the stimulants to only in the morning, or at least no later than noon, but when I start to feel lethargic mid-afternoon it's always a temptation to use them.

I can talk to my doctor about perhaps trying the Trazodone to wean off the Valium. I know you also mentioned Buspirone before in the libido thread as helping with anxiety without causing further libido problems.

Anxiety varies depending on the day and the dose. I can deal with it, but over time it grinds me down.

Never been to a counselor or psychiatrist yet. I know that I should.

Aside from test, I would say dbol and trestolone are the best for improving sense of well-being.

If you're looking for a feel good steroid, for me nothing was better in that regard than dbol.
I know that’s the reputation of dbol but all it ever did to me was make me look like a bloated mess with nausea.
Anadrol made me feel powerful and look full. I can only handle the toxicity for a month though.

Trazodone does wonders for me. I also use otc sleep aids with it
