I see alot of threads around lately wiht guys talking about what a waste creatine is....seems odd. There has never been a supplement with more scientific backing with the exception of protein. It is one of the most important things you can do for your physical and mental health. here are just a few of teh thousands of studies out there.

I agree, many guys just neglect their usual supps and rely on their gear only
 
I think that creatine and glutamine should be staples in anybody supplement list
 
ive seen more posts saying extra glut is a waste but more saying creatine is a staple, isnt there glut in most whey anyhow?
 
I agree with richiec, i think a lot of people think that because they're on gear, then why waste the $$$ on anything else. When I stop and think about it, I take way more in the way of a full spectrum of vitamins & minerals, liver protection, and creatine, etc. than I do gear. I've never taken glutamine by itself, so I can't comment on that, but I do know that the protein powder I use has extra added glutamine. The way i look at it is, why not use everything at your disposal to achieve your goals, and if you find that something isn't working for you, then dump it....but you can't go wrong with vitamins/minerals/amino acids including creatine....just my .02 :)
 
Using two types of creatine like a mono and an ethyl esther do amazing things for your strength.. One is more saturated into the muscle and one sits more on top.. = LEVERAGE.. Great stuff..

Wouldnt exactly call it bunk... Started this and about a month later pulled 700 for the first time.... No change in anything other than that.. Kinda bloats be a bit though.. Doesnt to others.. Try it for a month.. If im wrong ill admit defeat.. :D

If you have ever seen the pics of halfstack on here i had her doing it and she put on a crazy amount of strength while dieting for her show.. She did however stop the mono about a month out..
 
Dosages of monohydrate and ee please? This is the first time I have heard of this too. I take a lot of supps. I have yet to do a cycle and am taking the advice of a lot of people I have talked to over at alinboard about waiting another 2-3 years. I am 22.

ive always done mono, 5g twice a day
 
I can tell a huge difference with creatine at just 5 grams a day, no matter how much gear I'm on.
 
Always took the mono. Added about 8-10 pounds boby weight (water) within 2 weeks, and really helped me add strength. Used it for powerlifting not BB. Always got good results.
 
I agree. I've always shaken my head at the 'keep creatine for after your cycle comments'. As if testosterone and creatine are the same thing. You guys don't stop eating protein once you go on either right? :p
 
The bloat is just overwhelming though. Within a couple days I am a marshmellow
 
All I know is I added Twinlab's Creatine Fuel Stack tabs which contain creatine mono with L-Glutamine and Taurine and all I can say is...

Wow, I can't believe that I got such a noticable boost to strength that quickly.

-Now, I am am a believer!
 
IMO creatine and protein are the only shit I can actually feel. Every other supp that works has been banned or is just BS
