Exactly. Some of these top prep coaches have atleast 50 clients and a few top 20 in the world competitors so how are they going to be able to give every athlete everything they need day to day. Most of it is PR and they have a few guys advsing them out as you say.



I have to say if you said to me you had to pick a physique from the Olympia to look like I would pick Dallas. Not saying he looks the best (obviously not) but he is taller and massive.

This guy is going to be someone big in the industry (not that he already isn't).

But idk why I feel like his face has changed. Maybe it's because he is getting older and still growing.

I always look at people like him and think damn. When I was 18 (now 28) I thought I would be that big be time I was 20ish. At 18 I was 200 pounds at 5 8 probably 11 percent body fat. I got better as the years progressed until I was 24ish. Took a few years off and now I know I was a young kid with dreams. Those guys work out so hard, harder than anyone elese. Have great genetoc and the time and money for the right drug and sleep protocol. They are walking experiments. My goal now is just to be healthy and happy, but damn if this guy is not impressive.

Weight lifting team football and track did thag for me. I guess living on a farm helped as well. And I was 11 percent body fat not 4 and I would have had no idea how to diet down.
