When doing these full body deplete workouts, like whats called for the day before you carb up on the keto diet, would it work better to do lower bod in the morning and upper at night? I just took a lay off for a few weeks at work and im gonna be in the gym early for cardio anyway so it seems logical to do it that way to me. Am i missing something or is taht the way to go if you have the time?
