I've always been a hard gainer, so maybe I'm speaking from a different direction than a lot of these guys.. I eat a shitload of carbs, and a moderate ammount of protein and gain well. I think(just opinion here)all that matters is coloric intake compared to spendatures, and having available amino acids, and blood sugar. How you get those things could be thousands of ways, but from my stand point, high calories/carbs, some fat and some protein does the trick. The hard part is living a life and eating the required ammount of meals,
