Also thanks to everyone for the kind words. This year has been a productive one for sure but it is pretty easy to make solid changes with Dante writing your training program and Chris Aceto telling you what to feed the body.

I also will be doing a series of In the Trenches video's with MD leading into the USA's which should be a lot of fun.
