Up to 25 mg, it's fine to dose it once and dose it with a good amount of fats. If you need more than then, split the dose 25mg am, 25mg pm, consuming both doses with fats.
I've never read information about how much. The studies and fact sheets have always just said a high fat breakfast. I'd imagine 2 tbsp of flax seed oil with a meal would suffice. Or 1 tbsp with a meal with fats in your protein source.
