Not a contest diet but just somthing to do for two weeks before im in some pics where i can't be a totaly bloated porker
Its roughly 3200 cals , bout 70-80g protein and 25-30g fat per meal. I chanke the chicken fish and turkey out just keep it intersting , typicly when i eat the fist ill pan fry it with a little pam right before i eat it , realy help keep the flavor involved
Meal 1
5 whole eggs + 1.5 cups egg whites , 1 tablespoon Applecider vinegar mixed in 16oz water
Meal 2
12oz chicken/trukey breast OR white fish , 2 cup green veggies 1 tablespoon coconut oil , 1 tablespoon red palm oil , 1 teaspoon red wine all mixed to make a dressing
Meal 3
6oz free range round beef (80/20%) , 6oz chicken/turkey breast OR white fish , 12 asparagus spears , 1/2 yellow bellpepper
Meal 4
12oz chicken/turkey breast OR white fish , 2 cup green veggies 1 tablespoon coconut oil , 1 tablespoon red palm oil ,1 teaspoon red wine all mixed to make a dressing
Meal 5
10oz top sirlion steak , 12 asparagus spears , 1/2 yellow bellpepper , 1 tablespoon Applecider vinegar mixed in 16oz water
Meal 6
5 whole eggs + 1.5 cups whites , OR 3 scoops Team Skip protein and 1 tbl spoon cashew butter
