I don't know about those pics. Look at the differance in his lat width from the first pic to the 2nd pic. Maybe he is not flexing completely in the first pic, but man, the differance in gap between his arms and lats is noticably different from one pic to the next.

Could these be photoshopped?

Those pics are not photoshopped, and to be quite honest, they dont even do him justice. I used to train at the same gym as toney for over a year and he is surreal in person. Like a damn cartoon, he always had ripped abs year around too. Nice guy as well......
I believe his waiste is like a 31" which is just SICK for someone over 300lbs lol
I think he looks awesome, and dont see why he hasnt placed higher, his time will come.
