It isn't actually possible to be 5'7 1/2 and over 200lbs single digit bodyfat without holding much water unless steroids are involved.
Anyone feel free to post lifitng stats measurments etc before starting AAS. How much of a difference did gear make when you started?
176 lbs in 1981.

I never said anything about single digit bodyfat....why the hell would I want that unless I was competing? I only go down there before a show and I didn't do my first show until 2 years ago
LOL. You, sir are sorely mistaken.
Well you said no one should start if they are under 200lbs around your height. How am I supposed to know you meant higher bodyfat?
no, I am not
Yes you are. Just because YOU can not. Does not mean others can not as well. Unless you have a substantial amount of education pertaining to A&P, your mistaken opinion that you have persuaded your self to believe fact is irrelevant.
5'11", at 22 or 23 years old and about 160 lbs and probaby 14 - 16% body fat. Seven years later, currently 215 lbs at about 10 - 12%.
Started training at 18 and 190 lbs, probably 30+% body fat. Got super serious about training and was 145 lbs on 21st birthday. Had about 4 years and change before AAS.How many years of training did you have before starting AAS and what were your stats starting lifting?
I would definitely call myself an ecto even though I got overweight in my teens. Thinish, longish bones. At one point I did take time off--three years--after college.Vnv.. did you take time off in there? I had almost exact same starting stats minus 1 inch and the exact same current stats. only difference is my time between is less than 8 months and yours is 7-8 years. Lol
