How many eggs do you guys consume per week?

I'll have four at the most, but know some guys at the gym who eat 8 a day for weeks..
 
70 on average, sometimes more if I am lazy about cooking.
14 whole
56 whites
10 (8 whites, 2 whole)a day for first meal of the day or sometimes I will change it to the last meal.
It's a cheap tasty way of getting some extra protein;)
 
Id say 60 to 70 whole eggs a week. I tried the whites and I just can't function without the extra fats but I'm almost keto with my diet right now
 
around 50 whole eggs.

Has it raised your cholesterol or brought it down, or has it remained the same?
 
132 a week. (12 at meal 1 & 6 mon-thur & sunday - and only 12 at meal 1 on friday)
 
i love em but i only eat 24 a week at most
 
depends if im having steak for breakfast or not i usually just grab the egg white egg beaters 1/4 gallon things blend them with a diet coke and pound it down got the idea from a guy on olm works great

I have been eating 140 hard boiled egg whites for the last eight weeks, no joke. 10 at my first meal then 10 at my second meal, 7 days a week
 
I wondered about this as well.
I eat 12-18 whole eggs per week and was wondering if it may be way too many. Sounds like it's nothing compared to a lot of you guys.

I think at that many I'd pass gas so bad that I'd make myself pass out. :eek:
 
I usually have at least 5 or more egg whites in my shakes every morning and alot of times at night. Times that by 7 and its quite a few. Been leaning up nicely the past 2 weeks doing this and possibly adding more body mass cause the scales not changing but the mirror is sure looking better :cool:

Seems like most people I ask say the same thing. "I eat eggs everyday and my cholesterol is at normal range" contrary to popular belief..

whole eggs are not unhealthy. this is how nature intended them to be eaten. have as many as you want. it's a myth that they raise your cholesterol.

I think you're right. Although, I was diagnosed with high cholesterol when I was 21 so I like being extra cautious

I agree about the cholesterol myth. Its how you cook the eggs. You have to be careful not to oxidize the fat/yolk (cooking on high heat) that is what leads to issues....I eat 63 whole eggs a week.
 
28 whole and around 20 whites only... this is now...
if i'm dieting... around 70 whole per week.
