Will you get fat? No but depending on calories for the day you could negate the benefits of weight loss because you consumed an extra 180 calories. You need to look at your diet as a whole not just what your going to eat right before bed.
I eat 4 tbsp of natural pb a day. I always have two before bed. What if I had all 4 before bed? Will I gain fat? I get so hungry and I also do fasted cardio alongwith weight training
