How much fat is to much before bed?

I eat 4 tbsp of natural pb a day. I always have two before bed. What if I had all 4 before bed? Will I gain fat? I get so hungry and I also do fasted cardio alongwith weight training

I eat 5 whole xlarge eggs before bed with two slices whole fat pepper jack cheese before bed practically every night. Depends what rest of your diet is for the day. I like high protein/fat before bed.

Will you get fat? No but depending on calories for the day you could negate the benefits of weight loss because you consumed an extra 180 calories. You need to look at your diet as a whole not just what your going to eat right before bed.

What do you consider dieting? If i only ate that same meal 4 times a day that would be dieting. If i ate it 6 times a day it would not be. Dieting is quality foods and running a caloric deficit. Eggs best source of protein, aminos and nutrients. And best before bed to fuel growth while you sleep. I eat that meal whether im dieting or not for that purpose alone.

I eat like a dog. As stuff day in and day out. Everything is measured to a T
Turkey burger, oat meal, egg whites, sweet potatoes, chicken, basmati rice, strawberries, broccoli, green pepper, isolate protein, natural pb, salad

cals in, cals out vis a vis your TDEE. thats all u need to know.
more cals = weight gain.
less = weight loss.
what and when u eat is meaningless and just complicates shit.

Do you still feel full in the morning, are you digesting it well. Are yo gaining unwanted weight? If not don't worry about it.

I am constantly hungry. Last weekend I had a cheat meal. I had a 13in pizza. Didn't gain an ounce. I felt better after getting junk in me. Felt so sluggish. I ended up shocking the body and dropped 2.5lbs this past week

Depends on you and your needs.

Typical pre-bed fats for me right now is 2tbsp EVOO, 2tbsp PB, and cheese and light ranch to top my salad. I'm easily at 50g fat and wake up hungry in 6 hours, starving in 8.

Peanut butter has quite a bit of carbs and I wouldn't be surprised if it has more than said. During the day while still moving around some , sure.

I eat more carb meals in the early day and fat meals at more evening, night, currently . I much prefer something like cheese before bed, or a steak, or an avocado for fat sources. If I do do peanut butter I try to limit it to two tablespoons or so.
