how much is to much/training

ok,i was reading another thread on being overtrained and it got me thinking.
im kinda stuck in that rut where im not getting anywhere and i need a change.
im 48 ,i range between 200lbs and 206lbs.5'9" im on my third month of hgh.
i eat fairly clean but probably not enough.
i train sunday thru wednesday
chest
shoulders
arms & legs
back
my usual workouts take about an hour and a half
i try to do cardio about twice a week for 30 minutes after my workout and i play volleyball on thursday nights for 2 hours.
i have a hard time thinking i need to workout less,,does this seem like to much or not enough. give me some opinions, thanks
 
Arms and Legs on same day bro???? you may wanna change that up alittle and seperate the 2. What about 5 day split, 1 day of maintenance (abs, calves,forearms,) and cardio, 1 full rest day jut my 2 cents
 
I would tell you to try a different split that will allow you to train with more frequency. Here is one that has worked for me, ive done it several times and keep coming back to it:


Legs,calves
CHest, shoulders, tris and abs
Back and Biceps, calves

So go 3 on one off. Stick to just the big compound movements and do no more than 3-6 sets per bodypart. I grew much better on this than a typical 5 day split. 5 day split youre doing too much volume for each bodypart and then resting too long inbetween training sessions.
