ok,i was reading another thread on being overtrained and it got me thinking.
im kinda stuck in that rut where im not getting anywhere and i need a change.
im 48 ,i range between 200lbs and 206lbs.5'9" im on my third month of hgh.
i eat fairly clean but probably not enough.
i train sunday thru wednesday
chest
shoulders
arms & legs
back
my usual workouts take about an hour and a half
i try to do cardio about twice a week for 30 minutes after my workout and i play volleyball on thursday nights for 2 hours.
i have a hard time thinking i need to workout less,,does this seem like to much or not enough. give me some opinions, thanks
