is it better in a deit to eat everything in site and get as fat as you can in the off season, cause latly i boosted my calories up from 6000-7000 a day up to about 8000-9000 i am trying to pack it on, but is this a bad thing am i going to maximize my muscle growth saying going less calories still gaining abit of fat mind you not much as apposed to gaining lots of weight. it is all healthy food all complex carb good fat and good protien, and what is your opinion on this eating deit on juice and off juice, i am not on juice i havent done it yet but i am going to soone, but is this to much for an off juice bulking deit, mind you i have a super fast metabolism.

Hmm

If size is your ultimate quest then eat away my friend. I like to bulk but try to stay within certain bodyfat %'s because I just cant stand to be above 17% bodyfat. I got a girlfriend, and a career, and I have to attend classes, so too much fat effects me in that sense. But if you dont mind being a little chubby as you pack on the pounds go for it. They call this sweatshirt season so you can cover up all that flab my man.

A_H: like vitor says you have to eat to be realy big or you only goining to built a beach body, or fitness body, iyou have to shoose what you want.

Only try to eat the protein you need to get a real muscular growth, becouse if your diet is based in carbs and fats and low in protein you are going to look big but when you reduce you b.f. you look skinny.

Dont pass over 18% your B.F.

eat a lot is the best in bb, enjoy.
