is it better in a deit to eat everything in site and get as fat as you can in the off season, cause latly i boosted my calories up from 6000-7000 a day up to about 8000-9000 i am trying to pack it on, but is this a bad thing am i going to maximize my muscle growth saying going less calories still gaining abit of fat mind you not much as apposed to gaining lots of weight. it is all healthy food all complex carb good fat and good protien, and what is your opinion on this eating deit on juice and off juice, i am not on juice i havent done it yet but i am going to soone, but is this to much for an off juice bulking deit, mind you i have a super fast metabolism.
