Just figured I'd throw that out there for the hell of it. In all honesty though, I wasn't pissed or trying to start anything. I just didn't see why that one got locked since it didn't seem like anyone was trashing anyone else, that much anyway. No big deal though.

Right click the pic, and select "Save Picture As", and save it to your desktop or wherever you want. At the top left of promuscle, you'll see "User CP". You will then see "Edit Avatar" on the left. Click that then you will see a "Browse" button, browse to the pic you saved then click "Save Changes"
