If someone got popped for ordering AAS, would this help you in getting a lighter sentance,

-Your young (18-22ish)
-Never been in trouble be4 for anything what so ever
-Have a clean perfect record
-Worked from the time you were 16 to now
-Did extremely well in HS, graduated with 3.5+ gpa
-Got a bachlors degree in college with a decent good GPA
-Got caught with a small order 300 dollar order say
-Act like you care and are upset a lot
-Didnt get caught with alot of AAS or none in your possession

Would these factor in to keeping you out of jail for the first time offense? Possibly even dropping down to a misdemenor, if you have a good lawyer and show you want to have a great future in the health field or something of that nature. You show that you really care and really want to change.

It really depends what evidence they have, and whether or not said person (x)gave a confession. If x kept mouth shut and all they have is a package and didnt find anything incriminating on x, x should be able to get charges dropped. IF x did give a confession and confessed to distribution, jail time is a possibility but still could be avoided.

What xs want to focus on is not getting a felony, depending on what x gave LE it may be in x's interest to plea.

First offense is what will help you the most. Its almost gauranteed that you dont do any jailtime unless you ordered an absurd about(like 50k+) and even then I dont see jail as an option. Fines out the ass, and probation yes. I dont think schooling will help that much either unless your currently in school. Judges go lighter since they know locking you up would interfer with school. Its also very rare for pigs to go after customers. The dont have the time or money. They want the big fish (sources and powder suppliers)

Thanks for the responses guys. Just seeing the reality of situations. Most important thing i am aware of it, not that i do anything illegal, but always keep your mouth shut and do not speak a word

first off, for that small of an order, I doubt they are gonna go after you unless they also think somehow narcotics are involved. And, if its your first offense, your prolly gonna get a fine, comm. service and probation.

I have a friend of mine whos major concern is his job. Hes an RN.. if you get a felony, then u can loose ur license, and you cant work again until you prove the state you've changed, or you dont get in any trouble in 10 years or something along those lines. Obviously with a felony your job is gone, but from what he said, if its brought down to a misdemenour (sp), then sometimes u wont loose it, and if u dont not for as long.

Like Aesop said! As long as you keep your mouth shut come hill and high water you'll (he'll) be fine! Even if it were a attempt at a controlled delivery, doesn't matter. Even if his name is on it, doesn't matter. He could always say someone is using his name and addy to get him in trouble and he knows nothing of any packages. Unless like most idiots do and put the stupid thing on their credit cards. Then your(HIS) ass has some explaining to do. But other then that KEEP YOUR(HIS) MOUTH SHUT and all is well.

just the fact that you have no priors helps.

and being young too.

those two factors alone really help out. judge looks at you and says you're young and did something stupid. here is a 2nd chance at life.

They are not all pigs, but many are shady as hell. Member the genpharm case? Well after he got popped he commited suicide and those bastards still continued to harrass his family and make them set up his account to try and take orders to get more busts. I have relatives in law enforcement and friends.....
I have relatives and friends that are outlaw motorcycle members, i trust my outlaw friends more for the most part as they are solid..
Guess which ones ask me for a hookup to get supplements from most often???
