I'm am a 100% on or 100% off type person...
Basically it's like I have an "on" "off" switch in me that switches whichever way it wants to whenever it wants.
Simply, I am a hardcore dieter eating only the cleanest foods, or I am a slob eating everything whether or not it is edible.
As I have aged (not that I am old), it gets harder and harder to keep in hardcore format. For this, I have gotten up to 325lbs...
I have always been big, and don't mind it, however I feel my optimal weight ( a weight I could retain, and look good at) is around 260lbs... I have been as low as 212lbs.
So I have been pretty solid with my diet recently. I have dropped from 321lbs most recently to 298lbs. On top of it, my muscles are feeling and looking more solid.
This past week, I have been getting some of those old cravings. Like the urge to eat anything or everything. Or cravings for sugary sweets... Carb cravings in general... or just a combo of anything.
I have fought hard to get through them.
The annoyance is, I'm not hungry at the times of the cravings, I get these "phantom hunger pains" where I just want to eat something.
What recommendations does anyone have to help fight any type of cravings. At work I don't have much access or time for anything, so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
I really want to get back into the mid 200's like I was in my early 20's...
