Massachusetts seeks tougher AAS laws
FYI to our friends in Massachusetts:
Citing increased use among high schoolers, the Massachusetts Senate has approved a bill to upgrade anabolic steroids from Class E controlled substances to Class C substances. The effect on first-time personal users is to double the potential imprisonment term from six months to one year, and to make inapplicable a provision presuming probation.
