It’s a topical 2% Ketoconazole,.1- .3 % Latanoprost, Azelaic Acid,5%minoxidil (you can get it without finasteride or with.
They are all sold online and before that ;TRT gave me dandruff (I thought) but it was more dermatitis, so my NP gave me 2% Ketoconazole shampoo by Perrigo(generic 4oz) and that seemed to help a lot and I had no idea that it thickened shaft and stop some guys’ hair loss. I never took this other stuff, I maintained a strict regimen of 3g MSM w Pur’A Dor Scalp Serum since my teens. I even used Mane ‘n’ Tail Conditioner before I had a job. Lol. I use the serum/shampoo twice a week and then I just condition and use serum other days. Don’t wash ED (you can condition but not scrub shampoo). If you can’t get the Rx serum/foam - get 2% Ketoconazole shampoo from your normal doc or clinic(say dandruff). Niizoral 1% at the store doesn’t have that benefit.

Mast prop makes me thin temporarily, high test and primo do too. Provi doesn’t because I take daily. Test/Deca has been good to me and not cycling a lot is helpful.

I’ve gotten scared and paranoid but I’ve been in on hgh for over 3 years now and everytime I go back to my HRT+(Aveed/gh/25mg Provi /5mg Cialis) my hair thickens up and back to normal. EQ doesn’t affect too much. My Tren use is so short or it’s para low dose so that has helped. It’s those 4 week pre contest or photoshoots that can make you shed!

Ny brothers are bald , uncles , my grandpa, go figure. I’ll clean head it if I get a deep recession! Lol (not funny). I swear that the shampoo and supplements work along with fighting dandruff (which all my brothers got bad when they went bald).
Control that and watch the harsh supps or high mg . Hgh is a mother F****** ! Shit works . Hope that helped

Busting ass at work and at the gym! Feel really good and motivated as I came up with part of my plan and the AAS part is coming together nicely. I definitely feel my body is waiting to grow! Just gotta boost those kcals and watch myself close as to not over train(lol). Saw some pretty talented females singing last night and it was really cool. Whether fitness or singing or playing sports…girls with “that thang” just are so attractive! It’s a trip being single now..it’s hard to stay single too. So many girls to guys here that it’s almost unfair! ha! Had some great salmon bowls and bison Patties w sweet potato hash/eggs ! So delicious. Headed out to train 💪💪

Got my plan down and now it’s time to execute it. Will post up exactly what Max is doing when my td comes(dropped EQ). I will be using high grade supps that I know are proven & tested(Deca/Hex). I’m not gonna waste any time once I have em. I am strong right now and want to take advantage of it . The first six weeks was mainly let my joints & bones to strengthen up before blasting a large amount(hence why I was doing a lot of yoga and Pilates). I noticed each blast that my bones & joints took longer to grow/repair/strengthen vs my muscles. With the addition of my natural supplements and the new long peptides; I feel this will be my best blast yet . Have a great weekend! I will be working of course(I am right now !! Why did u drop the EQ?
I was mainly getting my bones and joints ready through week 5 and now I am gonna blast Deca/Hex At higher dosages. I just got all my gh and peptides and my oils and orals should show soon at the creatine shop , lol. I have a really nice plan together and was only on one ml of EQ/Deca . Just got a good opportunity to grow with the hormones & peptide factors work better with 19-nors (for me) . You’ll like it.

Had some great training with a new female yoga master! She was brutal . I’m sore as Fu** from Friday, something about the inner groin and hip flexors just is uncomfortable but , I’m glad 😀. I have been super prepping my foods due to my erratic schedule and my stalker (kidding…kinda). I’m so done and it’s very hard to avoid her..especially when they are actively TRYING to see me(not that I am “all that”) she is just a lunatic TBH. Looks on these Super Babes are just 10+’s but, they turn so ugly when you “see the real person”. I literally slept at friends and my sisters to get away. I’m using the “No Contact, No response , Total ghosting right now. It’s the only way - anyway sorry - just ughh 😩! Had my cousins 14th Birthday and of course there was junk food every where! I abstained like a good bodybuilder, lol. I wish I got all the cash gifts he got , OH MY LORD ! I would have shit 10 bricks 🧱 when I was his age ! I don’t know how that worked out but everyone - (even his buddies from grade school all gave a card & money) . I never got shit except my 15th B-day (which was awesome) . Btw - my Papa is gonna do a blast with me which is awesome because he will train the shit outta me (just online & when he comes down). He is meticulous and hasn’t done anything beyond his HRT in over 5 years . He’s hitting the Primo 500 /Npp 200-300mg blast with higher gh(6 ius split) and additional peptides. Had the best Gluten-Free Risotto w Pork & Parmesan Reggiano Meatballs with Wild Mushrooms !! I could have eaten 8,000kcals! I made my own Protein Bar Today : 4 churrasco steaks, 2 lbs of grilled 96/4 beef Swiss burgers, and 2lbs Of Low-Sodium Dales Chicken Breast Tenderloins. I had them defrosting and it literally took me about 8min total to grill cleanly and bag it .
Preparation and Follow through are two things that are hard for so many people. Some guys have one but, not the other. Prepping is something that you hone..like your putz ⛳️! Lol 😂. Busy moving all day on and off while having to park a few streets away , my sis took care of her and made sure she didn’t try to hurt herself or sabotage my place . Whew 😰! Stress just lifted !🙏👍

I am tripping ! Okay , I just woke up …after 18 hrs of sleeping (literally). No , kinda woke and went back to sleep, straight 18 hrs.
Tuesday morning I had blood drawn at 9:40,
I forgot my T4 that day (I think cuz of bloods) but my day went real late and I , for some reason ate a massive amount of food late late (like after a big dinner). I woke up in my entertainment room just about an hour ago and found two of my snack packs and 8oz of nuts that I don’t remember eating (I did my normal gh shot that night ). I am gonna look to see if I used drew from the wrong vial or something . Has that ever happened to anyone ? I missed work , didn’t hear any phone calls (it was on silent I guess ). Woke in the theater chair , TV was black screen on YouTube (I listen to hypnotic music before bed sometimes). I’m eating prepped food and am gonna train at home so I can try to go back to sleep by 3-4am so I can get back on my schedule. I’m kinda embarrassed cuz everyone is asking “where I was” or “what happened “ but I literally don’t know .

Finally got over whatever was going on with my system. I am eating carbs like crazy (mostly fruit & grain free pastas). It’s like I cannot get full. I think I caught a cold or something at the lab when I got bloodwork pulled Tuesday. Anyhow I’m back at it and feel 10x better . I will hopefully get the results soon and see if I was able to trick my test levels for my ARNP-C appointment. I looked under portal and it was still “pending”’. I’m excited to see the plan my papa has laid out for me in comparison to what I showed him I was planning. Just a few pics of alternative foods, carbs, and fats I like to use . The Kitchen Aid is my favorite machine in the kitchen! Make my own doughs for breads-tortillas-frozen yogurt; and the meat grinder attachment for my homemade blends of beef and sausages.’

It was crazy how intense it got, like a damn trenned out psychopath ! It looks super simple but, it showed me…well…more of reminded me that I am a bodybuilder and not a strongman of any kind; lol. This fuckin guy! He’s Huge AF and I had no idea he had this anaerobic, aerobic endurance! I literally am having trouble typing and am not even trying to cook! Prepping Mexican for tomorrow: Chile Colorado, Taquitos, Guacamole 🥑, all that !

Yes !! I’ll post up the entertainment room when it’s done (just got a delivery charge to March 16!) I flipped and they sent me an upgraded model of what I ordered , fully assembled. I was livid 🤬! Luckily I got a nice young manager on the phone (commercial account), told him I don’t need their company and have a lot of choices! But he was already caving and hooked me up (well, we shall see!)   • Incline Bent Knee Leg lifts(holding bar behind me) - 4 sets 12-20 reps
  • Rope Crunches - 3 sets 15-25 reps (hands at ears, all abdominal no arm power or momentum**)
  • Posing, Flex breathing practice and Vacuums
