You judge a powder by the 100g powder amount.

SynthePURE has per 100g of powder, 96g of protein, less than 1g of fat and less than 1g of carbs, with zero lactose.

I always thought muscle milk was a poor quality protein supplement. Now I know my thinking was correct. It might taste good, but the quality is poor.

I currently use optimum nutrition's double rich chocolate. It taste good, the price is right and mixes easy, but again the quality is questionable.

Does anyone know what the cost is for synthepure to be shipped to the US? Or is it shipped within the US? Just trying to keep my protein powder costs in check.

I am taking the Synthepure after workouts mixed with Dextrose grape flavor and 10ius slim, and the mucle fullness is amaizing compared with other whey proteins
