Got legs in Tues...I weighed 261
Seated leg curl..
3 sets
Leg ext..
3 sets.
Leg press..
3 sets.
Lying leg curl.
2 sets.
Adduction..
2 sets.
Abduction..
2 sets..
Most sets were around 10 reps..
 
Just trying to be consistent...food is where I fall off .undereating is my main problem..
 
I weighed in at 262..
I took my test e,mast p,inj db(.5 of each)before training..
I ate bad yesterday..
Push..
Machine press...
2 sets
Flat bb..
3 sets
WG dips..
2 sets
Machine flye..
2 sets
Machine shoulder press(reverse)
2 sets.
Db laterals.
2 sets
Plate raise.

Rope pushdowns.

Definitely man. I think I have a similar issue and that’s why I don’t grow like I imagine 😔

I just need to force feed myself but even that is a bit difficult. Food in my opinion is very very crucial for growth.
 
100% food is crucial....I always heard,make food your anabolic..I also believe in training hard,and of course decent gear helps. But if you don't eat the food and aren't training your ass off the other stuff won't make up for lost ground .I have realized in myself that where I am now is no where close to where I used to be with all of this..The thing is ,I had other demons back then and really messed up some stuff. Glad to be alive tbh.

Your so very right man. That is the key to bodybuilding. The rest is just the cherry on top.

I also decided to drop the dbol and just gonna go with test e and mast p for a bit.(possibly just test after a couple more weeks).
Also skipped legs due to some knee pain,but back on em this weekend.
