Is there anyone here that has painless workouts, and if so what do you do, and what supplements do you take for your bones and joints? Every other time I workout I go in full motivated and Im getting stronger and stronger but Im affraid of racking on more weight because I always get a little annoying tweak or pain .How do you guys manage this? I warm up real good and stretch but it seems like it helps but there is always pain. When do you know when to stop racking up weight? you know you can but how do you know your body is ready for that extra 10lbs or so.?
