Painless workouts?

Is there anyone here that has painless workouts, and if so what do you do, and what supplements do you take for your bones and joints? Every other time I workout I go in full motivated and Im getting stronger and stronger but Im affraid of racking on more weight because I always get a little annoying tweak or pain .How do you guys manage this? I warm up real good and stretch but it seems like it helps but there is always pain. When do you know when to stop racking up weight? you know you can but how do you know your body is ready for that extra 10lbs or so.?

I would also like to know this.
For me, my biceps are the worst. I mean sore the next day to the point of barely wanting to move. Yet during the actual workout I have freakish strength and very good staying power. I would love to know how people rebound from that.
 
I have been lucky thus far....Never a pain in my joints or bones.....Im 38 yrs old....i consume fish oils at 6 grams per day, and take 50 mgs of npp deca 3 times per week...I dont know if that helps the situation or not...maybe im lucky??
i go quite heavy on anything i do...i trained with DC for a spell and he taught me some lifts to not do , and then i worked with Phil Hernon and he also told me some exercises to not do , and i followed what they say to the letter and no problems so far...knock on wood..
Best thing i ever did was ask for help right from the beginning....I started late in life also, didnt get into trng hard and regular until mid 2004, and have been good to go...Maybe all of this combined worked..
And thats all i have to say about that...(Forest Gump):D
I have taught my GF these same principles and she is good as well, except a tweak behind her right shoulder blade she had prior to working out and she is having it worked on by chiro and massage...
 
my joints and muscles are racked with pain. what we do cant really be considered "healthy". your body wasnt meant to squat up and down with several hundred extra pounds. im not sure there is a way to totally avoid the aches and pains. im at the point now where 400mg motrin is necessary pre workout. it keeps me relatively comfortable while training. it is important however to remember that pain is a mechanism your body uses to let you know your damaging yourself. so if its the bad kind of pain dont risk serious injury and go see a doctor. its great to have low bodyfat and big muscles, lets face it it will get you more looks than the best looking guy in the world, but if you cant walk when your 50 you might look back and think " why the hell did i do that to myself?"
