Animal Flex by Universal nutrition.....its a mixture of a whole bunch of shit.... i used to have real bad knee and elbow pains... ive been taking these paks for a few months and i feel like a new man.....

Yea, as far as gear is concerned, that's what they say.. I guess estrogen supposedly keeps the joints lubricated, but high estro is not a good thing.

If your talking pre-workout.. I like sea salt and glycerol mixed with my BCAA's or LBA's.. Especially when dieting and carb depleted..

animal flex is a good product' it takes a while to work but is very good for joints, deca really does help as well.

plenty of water intake every day.

glucosamine and chondroitin helps as well.

if you are on a cycle, cut the aromatse inhibitor dose.
