If someone has a portable pulse oximeter, can you carry it to the gym and measure your oxygen saturation after a hard work set, you know when you are kind of breathless and hearts beating hard. It would be cool if you could do one after a squat set, and one after a row set.
I am having breathing problems lately (6 months) and doctors cant figure out why. My o2 saturation comes out normal but they only take it when i m sitting down. today i tried to run a bit on treadmill and within a minute of running at 6 mph my hear rate was 193 bpm, i had severe shortness of breath, profuse sweating. Felt like my chest is too small for my lungs to expand. I dont know what it is. I havent abused drugs (always 300mg), until the last few months where i did kind of abuse it, but only for a short period of time (12 weeks).
Thank you
