i really need help gaining weight. im 5"10, 224lbs, 14% bf, age 26
been training 5 years. extreme ectmorph started training at 136lbs lol aged 21
my diet is as follows:-
1) 5 whole eggs (40g protein)
4 weetabix (75g carbs)
1 bagel (50g carbs)
Mammoth weight gainer (100g) (25g protein, 70g carbs)
2) 300g braising steak steak (105g protein)
300g sweet potato (50g carbs)
Mammoth (25g protein, 70g carbs)
3) 300g braising steak steak
300g sweet potato
Mammoth (25g protein, 70g carbs)
4) 300g braising steak steak
300g sweet potato
Mammoth (25g protein, 70g carbs)
5) 300g braising steak steak
300g sweet potato
Mammoth (25g protein, 70g carbs)
6) 300g braising steak steak
300g sweet potato
Mammoth (25g protein, 70g carbs)
total 715g protein, 765g carbs
Training -
mon - chest/biceps
tue - quads/hamstrings
wed - back/triceps
thurs - chest/biceps
fri - quads/hamstrings
sat - OFF
Sun - back/triceps
my main questions are?
1)am i eating enough?
2)am i training too often? if so what training plan would be better for off season mass?
please could any of the experienced help me to improve. i want to get to about 252lbs. ive been 224lbs all year i really need to gain more size
