I see a lot of training methods out there. Some say work each body part twice a week and some say work them once a week. Now I look at DC Training and see that if we work ea body part twicw in 8 days we grow more then working each body part once in 14 days.
My question has to do with the volume. If we work a muscle twice in 8 days but only do 1 working set, why is that better the working a muscle once in 14days using two sets.
Don't you work the muscle the same amount of sets and reps once the year is up?
