Just wondering if i could get some input on my off season bulking diet... here are my stats..
Age: 23
Height: 5'7
Weight: 205lbs
Bodyfat: 7% (contest was very recent) Came down from 18%
Meal 1: 1 cup oats & 2 scoops protein
Carbs: 60g Protein: 68g Fats: 12g - Total Cals 620
Meal 2: 1 cup brown rice 7oz chicken breast
carbs: 45g protein: 58g Fats: 24g - Total cals 628
Meal 3: 1 cup brown rice 7oz chicken breast
carbs: 45g protein: 58g Fats: 24g - Total cals 628
Meal 4: 1 cup brown rice 7oz chicken breast
carbs: 45g protein: 58g Fats: 24g - Total cals 628
Meal 5: 1 cup brown rice 6oz canned tuna
carbs: 45g protein: 51g Fats: 21g - Total cals 573
Meal 6: 2 cups broccoli 7oz Lean Beef
carbs: 30g protein: 55g Fats: 23g - Total cals 547
Total
carbs: 270g's
Protein: 348g's
Fats: 128g's
Calories: 3624
Is this too much fat? I want to pack on some size for my next show next year, but want to keep my body fat around 10-12%.
