How does this work for your strength. What type of improvements did you guys make. It's obviously good for muscle gains since dude put on 57lbs. or whatever. Lets hear these results, I'm interested in this to try and incoporate into my inseason workouts.
 
Yesterday when I did Deadlifts. I warmed up with with 135 for 1 set, 225 for 2 warmup sets and then loaded on 325lbs for 7 reps that all most made me shit my pants. Before when I use to pyramid the weight up. I would start off by

135 warmup

225 first set for 12
240 for 8
265 for 7
280 for 6 reps. Using this method I already had a 45lbs improvement in strenght.
