Hi gents and ladies, i am relatively new to the forum but not new to the iron game, been training pretty hard for the last 10 years and running some Gear for the last 6 on and off with pretty decent results.

Been able to get to about 210 pounds but cant seem to get beyond that point, my cycles are +- 10 weeks on atleast 12 weeks off, my training is cycled between HEAVY DUTY and high reps and lighter weight with always an extreme intensity,

My GEAR is always a androgen combined with an anabolic injectable and anabolic oral like winny or prima, test is normally about 500 mg and anabolics about 750 mg,

Contemplating running some slin, gh and t3 to try and break through this sticking point and pick up +- 10 pounds before contest time rolls round in August, i am the owner of a new supplement company so my image , shape , hardness etc is at an all time high as i am the model and spokesperson for the brand!

My bodyfat is currently around 9% so i am pretty lean, would running slin carefully (conservatively) max 8iu plus gh and the t3 give me that american pro look coupled with some cardio etc.Diet is also pretty clean , trying not to cheat in the week, only sundays.

Always wanted to acheive that look of top NPC/PRO IFBB LOOK, what is it apart from juice training and genetics that give these guys that unreal "alien" type look?

They have the knowledge why do so few of us know what exctly is going on, your intelectual comments/ insights would be greatly appreciated!

I have to agree...I personally know 2 pros & both are under 6ft & both were 200+ before they were out of HS(with no knowledge, gear & little weight training)
 
I agree with everyone else here that genetics plays huge roll...but to go a diffferent direction and maybe I will get flamed for this...but insulin and GH are a huge factor in achieving PRO size...I also believe that AAS (larger amounts) will help with this look (but genetics) determines how much you can take and handle without getting sick...

I know with some guys, cant take more than 600 mg of test a week before there BP goes up and get flu like symtoms...then there are others that can take up to 1.5 grams of test a week (along with other anabolics) and not feel any different than before (besides more muscle)...

But here is my opinion on this subject of what it takes to look like a pro...I honestly believe that if you cant achieve that look within the first 5-6 years of your training life (after 3 years on AAS) then you will never truly look like a pro...I believe guys like Levorne, Wheeler, Health achieve a pro look almost within there first 3 years of training (I dont know for sure, but they all have sick genetics)...I mean look at Health, turn pro after what ? 4 NPC shows, and he couldnt have done much AAS before turning pro..He was only 212lbs at the USA when he got his pro card..Now he is close to competing at 230lbs and look how much better he is now vs. then...Im sure he has done more AAS as a pro (ofcourse I dont know for sure)...But it only makes sense as he has exploded as a pro and has a totally different look now vs. when he competed in the NPC...So yes, genetics plays a huge roll but the amount of
AAS that your body can handle and use plays a big roll to...

Just my opinion and I could be totally wrong...

I agree with you to an extent but i also think that while gh/slin will can help someone with decent genetics achieve pro-size, i don't believe that there is anything that will help you achieve that PRO LOOK. Muscles popping, completely full muscle bellies, etc.

I am sure a bunch of us know people who are 'pro-size' but can't win an IFBB pro card because they don't have the shape and look. if you are looking for freaky size, then yeah with enough AAS/SLIN/GH etc i think you can probably get it BUT i don't think any compound is ever going to give you that 'pro-look' if you don't have the genetics for it.

i could be completely wrong too.Actually that is most likely a probability:D
 
Food Intake

Just to stir the pot, I think besides GH/Insulin/Androgens there is an ungodly amount of food being consumed by those who are at the 260-300# range (unless your 5'3" of course). It is a must for even the genetically gifted to eat a fackin' fackload of food to get that look you're talking about. For example, i think Levrone ate 4-5 pounds of meat/fish per day.
 
I would think that if people already havent started approaching you about bb'ing and your freakdom by now, prolly not gonna happen, so don't push it and hurt yourself. It's a marathon, not a sprint ;)
 
not sure about doing slin while losing bodyfat, especially for the average bodybuilder
 
In The Maryland Muscle Machine video, Levrone is shown eating a pound or more of fish or beef at each meal.

The guy also does an incredible 500 on the bench for 5 reps - no bench shirt, nothing but wrist wraps - absolutely amazing!

fuck his bench .... a lot of people do that ... REMEMBER HIS 405 BEHIND THE NECK MILITARIES ON THE SMITH MACHINE?! Even ronnie couldnt top that!
 
I remember hainging out with one of My friends(all day) that is a Pro....We ate 9x and he ate another 2x...FULL MEALS(800-1400 calories per)...I still remember I never ate so much

I heard it was because they were actually aliens and not human. Thus alien GENETICS.

Ok guys let me put it to y 'all another way which pro or top caliber NPC bodybuilder in your opinions does not use GH,SLIN ETC , I think all of them have to ,to maintain that size and fullness, what would Dennis Wolf look like without slin, i think a mini me of what he is today. My POINT IS THAT most of us at some time have run with gear but most of us are very weary about running slin and GH is just too expensive but if you are pro or atleast aiming to get there you have to.

What pro only uses juice by itself? i think none.

I could be wrong but I sincerely don't think Sergio Oliva in 1969 used any GH or slin... yet he looked out of this world. Same for Serge Nubret and a few other pros of the 70's.

Do you look like them after several years on "only" AAS too? No, far from it.

Answer: genetics. And maybe poor choices of training/diet.
