I was wondering if I could get some opinions on my training . Currently I am working out eod and its very much like Big A's HIT training with just 1 main working set but I am also dieting and trying to get somewhat cut and I notice where Big A said he switched from the HIT pre contest .I also want to state that I perform cardio each morning and I know that my diet is on point thanks to wyldeone and I am curerently 327lbs down from 356lbs. I was just kinda wanting to hear opinions on training while dieting some say low volume some say super sets dropsets etc.. this is the first time that I have dieted down and just want to try and do things the best I can .
