Not gonna lie, I stole my recipe from coach greg...lol
Greg is one of those people I can’t stand but I can’t find a single thing I disagree with him on lol.
As far as sugar free syrup though, look up servivita. It’s zero calories and dear god everything they make is as good as if not better than non diet brands.

WAY better , very close to catfish
My training partner runs a meal prep company and gets it for $2 pound from restaurant Depot

Damn, I didn't know you could get it that cheap. And Swai is indeed an Asian catfish, almost always farm raised like tilapia, but wild caught fish is frickin expensive lol

Tilapia used to be a decent fish years ago, or at least it just tasted like nothing, but now it seems to all taste like dirt and I've avoided it, ever since
 
Air fried Swai , home made pineapple Mango salsa

I eat like this , protein + fruit + vegies

Try a big chicken tigh sautéed with garlic,lemon,onion with banana+ cinamon + few olives

Or

Cod fish 1 kilo big fillet in oven with spices and greens and pineapple,mango
 
Hi USMUSCLE9403...never heard that way of cooking. What did you do to the steak to make it "mock tender"?
Also, is this all in 1 sitting.

It's actually a certain cut of meat that, so far, I've only found at Publix. It's $4.49 a pound, relatively lean and if prepared properly is pretty damn good, in my opinion. Don't expect it to be exactly like a beef tenderloin, and you may get a piece with a piece of cartilage, but for the money, it's hard to beat if you want to keep red meat in your diet at a reasonable cost. You can marinade if you want, but I haven't bothered. I treat them like any other steak, but I do perforate them a bit with a fork and also place some cuts in the side of the meat to prevent them from curling. Other than that, just sea salt, black pepper, Trader Joe's Everyday seasoning and Mushroom & company Umami Seasoning
 
So far today:
4 slices wjole wheat French toast made with 1.5 cup egg whites
1 scoop whey 30g pro.

12 oz wild caught salmon and 1cup uncooked rice( whatever volume that ends up being)
Total cals in first 2 meals 2150
Total pro about 150 g.
Next meal will be PWO shake with 30g pro and an apple
Then dinner will be 13 oz 93% lean ground beef.
Should end up around 300g protien for the day.

Recovery below average the past few workouts, so throwing in a high calorie day. This will do I think

Holy shit, very rich and very satisfying. I cut a piece a few inches and put it in the microwave about thirty seconds

almost every meal......i believe it is essential.......even if its just a handful of blueberries.....

Screw any diet that says no to all fruit 😅 Even on low carb, I still eat blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, cherries and pineapple. My favorite to mix in Greek yogurt or cottage cheese before bed. I also love a handful or two of blueberries preworkout, guys can have all their preworkout powders
