I used to eat a lot of Ezekiel bread, I like the cereal even better. It’s fantastic over a bowl of yogurtBreakfast: 4 eggs with crab claw meat, mushrooms, red onion, spinach, over 2 slices of Ezekiel bread.

Late night snack: pan seared, oven finished Brussel sprouts with bacon. Lately I've been seasoning everything with a mix of anchor chili pepper and allspice. Sounds like a weird combo but it's unreal on veggies and steaks.
