You had experimented with a little more dietary fat. Did you decide you preferred carbs for those calories?Boring diet but getting lean AF!
-Two meals of 1/2Lb extra lean ground turkey breast and half cup (uncooked weight) basmati rice.
- 4 protein/oat shakes(syntha-6 EDGE)
- 4 fish oil caps
- 2 vitamin/mineral/fruit and veggies tablets
I’m very lean now and find this has always worked best for me. I tried the higher fat and intermittent fasting which led to severe muscle injuries and not the lean look I prefer.You had experimented with a little more dietary fat. Did you decide you preferred carbs for those calories?
This has become my go-to breakfast on Saturday mornings:
- Chicken fried steak w/ gravy
- 3 scrambled eggs
- Crispy hash browns
- Fruit
- Biscuits
- Chocolate chip pancakes (brought half home)
