have a little faith in your bodies natural ability to do what it must with the available nutrients at hand. after all its been keeping our species alive and running smoothly for a LONG time - WAY before any of us planned our meals
...our species hasn't ALWAYS been in contest prep and/or bulking mode, so is it a bad thing to nudge it along?
