What do you eat or drink post workout?

LBA's and water!
 
4 bigmac's, 3 slices of pizza, one tacobell grande meal(you know the one with like 10 taco supremes), and some LBA's.

oh im sorry i thought the thread is what would i LIKE to eat after a workout.

ok seriously who got hungry reading that?...lol

i do have a high calorie shake with creatine and BCAA's. its really hard for me to put on weight and i really feel like the high calorie shake post workout helps alot, it does however have alittle over 100 grams protien in it.
 
The best part of having a home gym is the kitchen is only a few feet away, so post-work out is home cooked meal by Everlast. :D
 
Dex, Whey Iso, BCAA's, Creatine Mono, L-Glutamine, water. 45mins-1hr after, a sold meal.
 
5 gram bcaa, 5 gram creatine CEE, 5 gram glutamine peptides, 70-80 grams of waxy maize, 20 gram hydro whey, 20 gram whey iso.

15 min later

70 gram whey iso, 50 gram oatmeal, 1 banana

1.15min later - 8-10oz lean meat and sweet potato
 
60gram whey protein, with glutimene, BCAA'S, 5 gram creatine, and 1/2 cup of oats added. Also first meal is within 45 minutes usually 10 eggs 8 whites/2whole also with 1/2 cup of oats(sugar free maple syrup added for taste).
 
optimum nutritions 2:1:1 recovery. ;)
 
depending on what time i work out, whatever my next scheduled meal is.
 
Two scoops whey with milk, Gatorade and creatine, big ol' bowl of Captain Crunch, Animal Pak
 
grape juice and/or orange juice immediately afterwards. then follow my normal diet. too many people try to time everything so precisely, and take 'just the right stuff at the right time'

have a little faith in your bodies natural ability to do what it must with the available nutrients at hand. after all its been keeping our species alive and running smoothly for a LONG time - WAY before any of us planned our meals

...our species hasn't ALWAYS been in contest prep and/or bulking mode, so is it a bad thing to nudge it along?
 
my gym is around the corner from my house, i work out in the morning.

1 cup oatmeal as soon as i walk in the door while i cook my 11 egg white 1 whole egg omlette. Then i eat that while im getting ready for work.
