What do you think of Markus Ruhls training style?

Ever since I met the man at the Toronto pro show I have been awe struck that someone can be that large. I have done alot of readup on his training methods and this is how they break down.
On his main exercise, he does something like 10-12 sets, few warmups and a max of 3-4 reps. After he does another 15-20 sets of other exercises and a max of 6-8 reps. With enough gear/food/sleep/help from god..... Would you be able to recover from such a hardcore training method?
 
i think that system works great for ruhl...i would try with a lower volume, the same approach and see how it goes. it may have worked for ruhl, but i know it would fry my system...
 
i really doubt he does that routine, i think its all magazine bs

Is mine too......magazines sucks....
I sow in Venice Golds Gym the legg workout of Lee Priest, he only did 3 legg extensions and 3 horizontal hack squat machine, one st of legg curls 1 calf set and 30 min cardio for a 50 minutes workout.....read what he does in magazines... it sucks.

oh yes lol , 21 sets even for biceps ! lol .
honestly, even with all the super supplementing, i dontsee anyone growing well of these programmes . and the funny thing is , even naturals in my gym keep doing these high volume programmes , eat 100 grams protein , and wonder why they dont grow lol :D

well, i do not know why preist was doing that workout that particular day but, i can tell ya he does very high volume. i have seen him workout a few times and he does a very high volume. when he says that he does 20 sets for bi's, he is not lying. that is exactly what i saw. do i agree with this type of workout..well, no. do i look as good as preist...well, no. but, i can tell ya whether you advocate low volume or high, preist is a awesome looking individual..... :D now i do agree that the magazines are full of b.s. but, in this case they are on the mark.
