Ever since I met the man at the Toronto pro show I have been awe struck that someone can be that large. I have done alot of readup on his training methods and this is how they break down.
On his main exercise, he does something like 10-12 sets, few warmups and a max of 3-4 reps. After he does another 15-20 sets of other exercises and a max of 6-8 reps. With enough gear/food/sleep/help from god..... Would you be able to recover from such a hardcore training method?
