i thought i pulled or strained my right pec about 2 weeks ago now so i have been resting it and not suing it except for at work and the pain is actually getting worse, its almost crippling at times and real sharp. There no swelling or brusing or anything. im a bouncer and i noticed the pain after a fight i had. now i notice that the pain is also in my back directly inline with where it hurts in my chest. hope that makes sense. what do you think it could be? i am wondering if its a pinched nerve or somthing. what can you do to fix it obviously a doctor would be best but i hate wasting my time going to one if its not needed.

what about a chiro?

i was thinking about a chiro but wasnt sure if that would help or not because i dont even know what the problem is for sure.

pleuracy if affected worse when breathing in deeply
