With Meriva I have affectively discontinued use of NSAIDs entirely. Not sure what Longvida would offer that Meriva hasn't already provided.

To note: I discourage anyone from purchasing enhanced absorption variants of curcumin extract. These products simply add Bioperine and exponentially increase the cost of said product.

Simply buy bioperene as an individual supplement and take the two together.

There are double blind published studies were the same number of participants reported the same percentage of relief when taking curcumin extract compared to Diclofenac. I can personally attest to similar results.

To the guys taking meriva I’m wanting to give it a try. Do I need to take bioperene with it like you do normally with tumeric extracts? Planning to invest in jflex9 eventually but currently on disability from a shoulder surgery so needed something more affordable.

Amazon has a physicians choice brand Meriva SF that has Meriva (Tumeric Rhizone Extract, Sunflower Lethicin) - 500mg per serving. Is this what I should be getting and what dosage should I be using?
