Johnny's correct. Bridging is the time between cycle like I'm currently doing. If your taking morning only d-bol or anavar, or low dose test, you're still keeping your system shut down and not "really" off gear.
I'm doing SuperClen and ECA prior to workouts as SuperClen makes me feel sluggish. Also doing 2ml Syntheselen ED, along with various other goodies like Glutamine and Tribulus.
Now I for one, am sick and tired of the years of roller coaster "Cycles." Sure - overall I've gained. I even try to stay lean, less than 10% BF, but eat LOTS of the right stuff - gain 20 "solid" pounds of LBM, go off and lose 15, then repeat! I believe there's merit to staying on. I'm gonna try this for a year and get blood tests every 3-4 months to make sure everything's in order. I'll probably try doggcrapp's 4-on, 3-off cycles. The 3 off will either be morning-only d-bol or low-dose test along with Clomid and Anastrozole. The on will be fast-acting and heavy dose (for me anyways) - 1g TNE, 50mg inj winny-ED and 2.5mg Letrozole.
