always monitoring macros work with a set point and increase when my body says hmm im starving,,, then following day will add to my carbs usually 5 ounces split breakfast , pre training , ppwo meal and go from there

I appreciate all of your responses! I'll probably end up tracking calories for a couple of "typical days" just to get a feel where I'm at. Probably just focus on macros unless I start turning into a little chunk.
