Yes it is and I have had a few problems especially when I have had a few to many drinks late at night and then find myself 40 miles from home in TJ looking for whores. But I've been down here for 15 yrs and love it..It might be corrupt but you don't have all the silly laws that the states have IE: must turn on yourr headlights if your wipers are going..Jesus have they ever heard of washing your windshield during the light of the day..Did I really need that ticket cause my light weren't on..Off topic but why do u live in Baja, Mexico? Is that area dangerous now with all the killings over there and drug cartels (prob why the long wait at the border).
I agree with you guys on this one, to the rest of you T.O.M. is just VENTING his frustrations here HE DID NOT SAY HE WAS RIGHT OR WRONG, He's just VENTING! Can't he come here and do that without you guys getting all judgemental on his ass?????????????????????????

Good one Shelby..Reminds me of the story of the two Zen Buddhist monks who came to a stream, which was pretty rough, and encountered a beautiful young woman, who couldn't swim and who asked them to carry her across it.
The young woman said, "The stream is flooded. I really can't swim. Will you help me across?" The young monk was horrified at her request and replied, "No madam I'm sorry, we're sworn to chastity and I can't carry you across the stream. I can't touch a woman. I can't do it." The old monk thought for a minute and then he said, "I'll help you." So he took this beautiful young woman in his arms, and he carried her across the stream. She thanked him much and they both went on.
The two monks continued walking along in silence for a mile or two and then then the young monk couldn't take it any longer and he scolded the old monk's unchaste behavior. He said, "How could you do a horrible thing like that? Take this beautiful young woman in your arms, and carry her across the stream like that?" And the old monk said, "My son, I put her down a long time ago; you're still carrying her."
I, unfortunately, relate to T.O.M.'s feelings. I have had to work hard over the last few years to protect myself from the effects of these "incidents".
I still fail. Its's tough, but I am light years better than I was. I agree one hundred percent with Ivan's sentiments.
We can't help the fact that random things will happen to us that seem unfair. Sounds cliche, but its true, we can only control our response. I have been doing a lot better by smiling and laughing to myself during most of these type incidents. I can think whatever I want, but on the outside people just see a smile and laughter. They don't realize why I'm laughing. While this does not negate my initial negative thoughts it short circuits them quickly and allows me to move on.
I will not allow people to disturb the peace in my head. Alcohol, is allowed to on occasion, however.
Hang in there Tough.
Did he have a right to be mad? Of course...
Did he have to throw meat like a 9 year old? lol no..
