My method is to give you certain parameters for 10 days.......then from that feedback I devise a diet to help guide you towards your goals.

This is why people hire Phil. I highly doubt Phil is going to reveal this strategies, concepts, and ect to others that are not paying clients.

I am thinking that OP meant a rough outline type of answer. I agree that lot's of people want handouts these days(hell there have always been people with their hand held out) but I think the OP just worded his question poorly.

OP Phil comes highly recommended by almost every person who has used or is using his services. The price cannot be beaten either.

I'm sure that Phil's diet plan sin't a cookie cutter type deal as not every body will respond the same to the same diet .

You will have to worjk with him to find out what works for you and let him "tune" the diet to work for you
