this is similar to the diet i run when i'm on tren, just to keep the mass on and continue gaining (slowly), but just less food
 
I'm experimenting with intermittent fasting right now for cutting. I've eating 4-5 meals a day for the past 2 years, so just trying only 2 big meals a day.

Meal 1:

12 egg whites
3 yolks
9oz chicken breast
8oz sweet potato
4 slices Ezekiel bread
12oz low carb yogurt (guess I need to look into greek yogurt lol)
10-15 handfuls of mixed nuts

Meal 2:

12oz chicken
5 rice cakes
3 cups broccoli
28 almonds

I still need to tweak stuff and properly measure macros. But its only day 2 so I've got a lot to learn

interesting about the hernia

I keep getting the hiccups. my doc put my on omneprezole and they went away. my appetite has increased since also.

A guy i work with would get them so bad he would just sit down and cry from the pain , poor bastard would get them with the first bite of his meal most of the time and they would last like 20 min and when he hicupped it was realy hard and violent. He started on the Omneprezole and somthing else , that combined with sipping down 8 oz water pre meal stopped it
But he has gained 30 pounds in his gut!!

the worst I ever had them was for 5 days straight every 15 seconds I hiccuped.

when every single guy on this baord counts grams and mg of chicken and rice, counts every bean he eats, when he eats, on top of this new John Maedows trend - pre during post workout shake with every single amino acid, every single supp etc but no no no carbs during the day...and one of the biggest guy (if not the biggest) comes and post like this, diet like this - low protein, minimal compex carbs with lots of sugars and saturated fats spread during whole day, no pre intra post w shakes etc etc...but very high in cals! now I bet most of them thinks it's all about drugs :D
 
Yesterday training day

1- rice flour n egg white pancakes with 1 whole organic egg

2 - fish / turkey / white rice

3 - Beef isolate

4 - Pre - 50g dolly mixture sweets n bcaa
Intra VPx shotgun n dextrose

Pwo fish/turkey/white rice

5 - 2 scoop egg protein/ gluten free oats / raisens n 50g peanut butter.

I know I can speak for a lot of guys on here, ours bodies would not handle that amount of food or that specific food the same way Tenny's does. It works for him, but won't for others. And this "John Meadows" trend, I would say that it worked pretty good for him, wouldn't you?

Tenny, have you ALWAYS eaten like this? (I can guess what the answer is)
 
Where are you guys buying your egg whites?
 
Meal1: 6 extra large egg whites, 2 XL whole eggs, 2 cups steel cut oats, .5 cups fat free Greek yogurt

Meal 2: 1.5 cups steel oats, 1.5 cups liquid egg whites, 1tbsp coconut oil, 1 scoop MRP, spinach

Meal3: 8oz chicken breast, 1.5 cups white rice, 28 almonds, asparagus

Pre workout(45min before gym): 50g malto, 30g whey isolate, pre workout mix

Post workout: 60g deca hydrous glucose, 40g whey isolate, creatine mono

Meal 4: 8 oz shredded chicken breast, 2 cups white rice, 28almonds, broccoli

Meal5: 1.5 cups oats, 1.5 cups liquid egg whites, powdered almonds, spinach

Meal6: 1 cup Greek yogurt w/ stevia, scoop of natural pb

I'm steadily building, around 220lbs@ 12% bf

This is a rediculous post. You cannot argue counting macros is not better than not counting.

It's called genetics. Some people can eat whatever, some people need to be maticulius with their diets.
