Hi all,

Can we train to increase cuts, separation and striations? Or is it just a matter of training as per normal and doing your nutrition, cardio and supplementation?

Is that paper think skin look a matter of genetics or is it due to cardio?increased dieting ? or supplementation?

Since most of us workout in a different manner, training is a given. Anthony Ellis has a saying that I love to quote "Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym." I believe that holds true for any muscle - insomuch that training is a given.
