Do some of those mods happen to have their own sourcing bizs??

Use logic - IP personally backs any of his remailers. So if one of his remailers decides to do a runner, IP personally will cover all the $ lost by the customers. So logically, as a customer you cannotlose out. So who would actually bash a source like that? Someone that would have a vested interest in giving them a bad name, ie another source.

I'm sure it's not the mods from any board USABULK offers their services at.

Like BigA said, the bashers are usually someone who sources themself. Shitty way of doing business if you ask me. I would be leary of doing business with anyone that would use tactics like that because if they'll bash their competition, who knows what else they would be willing to do.
