What are YOUR top5 must have supplements while on cycle

I take the same things year round... If it is beneficial for my health, why would I only use it part time? I want to ensure my body is running at its best under the given circumstances... I'll go deeper than top 5 for shits and giggles

Yohimbine HCl - I feel it helps stave off fat gain
Creatine
Glutamine - TIFWIW, It helps my digestion and gastroenterologist wants me taking it

Cell volumizers...come on. What kind of bro shit is that. First I'd like an example of a cell volumizing product and second some studies ( not anecdotal articles ) on their correlation to muscle growth.

True Nutrition Yohimbine HCl - Yohimbine is individual since it can cause upset stomach in some and I've always been told a good starting point is .2mg per KG of bodyweight... I do not have issues with it but I take a good amount as it is pretty inexpensive. I take 12.5mg pre w/o (first thing in the AM since I train in the AM), 10mg about 3 hours after my Post-post w/o meal (last carb meal of the day), which is before my next meal and 5mg before the next meal. You can check some of my pics in the picture forum and in the pic you took today thread and see that I have been staying pretty lean... Since I have been doing this after I hired Scott Stevenson like 3 1/2 years ago I have always been lean while gaining weight... I guess it works.

I use Slo-Niacin brand niacin since it does not flush as heavy. My doctor suggests I take 500mg before bed. I don't have the records but I believe it has brought up my HDl 7 points...


EDIT: Shit, I forgot D3.... I take that as well

My point is you have muscle building supps :aninos, protein, creatine, etc...
And you have health supps: omega3, vit d3, curcumin, ubiquinol, tocotrienols, astaxanthin, etc.

That's very basic bro! I thought most- if not, all knew this? I'm not trying to be a dick...but to proclaim how you are not a newbie and have been around the game...and then find baby aspirin as a revelation is interesting to say the least.

Either way, I have done baby aspirin for quite a long time and have recently considered switching it for Nattokinase. I'm still undecided. If you do adopt a baby aspirin protocol...at the very least, you will have less viscous blood which is good on cycle.

I'd rather take more fish oil and Coq 10 for cardiovascular health. Aspirin has too many drawback for so few benefits Imo.

Do you notice anything out of astaxanthin? I've been dosing 14 - 16mg a day for few week. My vision is a little better but that's all I can say for now
