Ok, currently around 235lbs 5'11" maybe %13. Wanna get a big as humanly possible on this one, while keeping fat to a minimum. Will be trying Gavin's 3x per week igf/slin/gh protocol along with aas for 16weeks. Im an endo/meso but more of a meso. I barely gain fat when on Gh as well. The below diet will be on the insulin/gh/igf days, the other days will be similar but i'll throw in my cheats and more fat those days since i'll not be on slin

Meal 1
5whole eggs with some cheese
2 bagles
50gram protien shake
So around 80g protien, 35fat and 100carbs

Meal2 1hr before workout
6" sub with 10oz turkey
50carbs 50g protien(no fat b/c slin will be taken in about 2hrs)

workout. Then take Gh, wait 20min take igf then 10min later slin(10iu's)
immediately 100g waxy maize,10g creatine,10g glutamine,bcaa's
10min later 80g whey

Meal 4 1hr later
6" sub 10oz chicken
50carbs 80g protien NO FAT

Meal 5 2.5hrs later
8oz lean ground sirloin 1cup pasta
60g protien 50carbs and whatever fat is in the sirlion. Maybe 10grams

Meal 6
A big burrito with beans,cheese,lots of meat,etc..
70g protien, 100carbs, 30fat

Last meal
70g whey with 4tbsp natty PB
70g proteien 32g fat

Total cals approx 5000
Protien 500g Carbs 450-500 Fat 110-130g
 
Were you asking for a critique on the diet or what we thought in general?

Ppl on this board seem to have the thought process as more is better when it comes to dieting from what I've seen but seeing as you claim you wanted to add minimal fat I'd say you're going a bit overboard and I'm not a big fan of your food choices during the day, also I think you're over using supplements in place of where whole foods should be.

Yes defintaley minimal fat, but my last cycle looked something like this but with much more cheats. This is actually cleaned up for me :) Im basically just wanting to know if I need to add/remove anything? Thanks
 
looks good to me! I eould give it a whirl and see how your body reacts to it.. then make any adjustments that are needed... if you are runnin g and dont gai fat too easily you shoul be o.k., it all depends on you metabolism and activity level too...

It looks like a dam good deit to me Bro. Let us know how it works out. I would exepect to gain allot of muscle mass.
 
yes, it seems a pretty good one. hope you are using synthepure whey protein, cose it's the BEST!!!
 
if it were me I wouldn't have so many saturated fats: eggs, cheese

I would replace those with either some olive or coconut oil in some protein shakes

and more clean carbs, like 700g ed

this is just what works for me though

I may do this. I may just use egg whites and Fat free cheese and take a couple tbsp of flax oil. Im presuming fat from flax or natty PB will clear the system faster than saturated fat huh?

I'm pretty sure 10 ounces of chicken is more like 60g protein.
 
I'm not sure about the pb, but I would think that a clean liquid fat would clear faster

if you want to still eat fat but have it clear relatively quickly I'd go with coconut oil in your shake for breakfast cuz while it is saturated fats most of them are medium chain triglycerides and will burn off faster than other fats

I agree with the coconut oil man! its the shit!, If you have any digestive probs at all try taking 2-3 tablspoons in the morn with a glass of water and wait 10-15 min then have your meal or shake, I have been able to completly stop drinkin coffee in the morn from this also, it really does give you an energy boost! I thought it was bs until i tried it.... and yes it is a mct, sat fats are also helpfull in keeping the body anabolic(I have a study I will try to dig up and post) I like nutiva coconut oil, its a little more expensive but worth the extra cash, jarrow formulas also make a good coconut oil make sure it is extra virgin cold pressed and from the phillipines...
 
Nothing wrong with fresh whole cheese and whole eggs, you're trying to put on some mass right?

Yes it is...lol....I would know as I used to be an obessive "counter".......I am working on not being so damm OCD....lol:p :D

I thought chicken had 8grams of protien per 1oz? Same with steak. Isnt it
Chicken and steak 8g per oz
Turkey 5g per oz
Ham 6g per oz
Roast Beef 6g per oz
 
You can't cook the protein out of meat.

definitely , 10 oz cooked is more than 10 oz raw . just take 10 oz of raw meat , then cook it and weigh again .

Looks like im gonna switch to coconut oil. Hopefully its easy to find at most health food stores. Is there any kind I should avoid? Im probably gonna use about 25grams of fat worth of it with my breakfast.
