what's the diference between creatine

i got this creatine from trueprotein can anyone tell me whats the deference between this one and the regular creatine.besides the taste cuss this one taste like freaking acid.this one is creatine ethyl ester hcl.is it any better than the other creatine.and is the doese the same 5 grams once or twice a day.thanks for your help i'm cornfussed

There were several flaws in the study.

However, Mono is the one with most research backing. It's proven to work. CEE is theoretical so far but many report good results.

pimpman, CEE is usually dosed at only about 2 grams a day, though some have tried higher doses. It peaks very quickly after ingestion (minutes) so a dose just before training might be beneficial.

Personally i'd stick to "creatine monohydrate" and just make sure the creatine your using is creapure, but i've also heard alot of good reviews about phil's creatine?

thanks guys for you advise i think i will stick to the mono when i ordered it i thought i was ordering the mono but i guess i was not paying attention and ordered the cee.i tell you it taste like shit i can not swallow it no matter how hard i try.

It just seems like after that study came out everyone had a collective "duh, I never saw results with CEE, oops" And came to their senses...
